I specifically now travel to benefit from Mantras massage therapies including cranial sacral. As I live with chronic autoimmune conditions, I’ve found that Theresa and Mantra are truly a necceary and amazing part of my healing and wellness plan!

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!  I walked in to Mantra Massage a sore almost 70 year old woman and left

younger, happier, taller, thinner and jogged the next day. Theresa massages with a lost art method.  I have had massages throughout my life all over the world and Mantra Massage finds the problem and definitely helps.  Do yourself a favor and get an appointment......same amount of money for a fair massage vs the best massage in the WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!

I couldn't wait to write a review after I left Theresa. I was having shoulder and neck issues, which sometimes has proven difficult to relieve. So away I went....I walked into a super cozy environment with the perfect lighting, smell and just really comfy. Described my issues to Theresa and she went to work....and work she did. She worked some magic for sure....and that lotion was like medicinal butter....ahhhhh....... I was so pleased I went back the next day for more! Theresa, you made my trip home so much more enjoyable. I HIGHLY recommend Theresa, she is simply amazing!!!

Our visit to Mantra was incredible! It began with excellent customer service from Theresa. We had a gift certificate from a friend for massages for my husband and I. She was very quick to respond, kind and flexible in scheduling our 2 hour appointment. The spa is comfortable, clean and tranquil. Maddy was our most talented massage therapist. She explained what to expect and made us feel at ease-it had been a long time since either of us had a massage.  I can't say enough good things about her! There are no words for how my neck and shoulders felt after this experience. My husband reported his back never felt better. Maddy has gifted hands and a kind heart.
