Theresa believes that serenity within a centered mind and body is foundation for tranquility and veritable sustainability throughout our planet. As a LMT, yogi, spa business consultant, corporate spa retreat leader and experienced spa owner, she feels a strong calling to assemble a team of like minded wellness experts to better assist the communities desire for healthy, disease-free lifestyles.

​Effused with a passionate free spirit and a ravenous curiosity, throughout her life she has traveled to ancient and exotic regions across the globe to study indigenous healing modalities for the past 25 years, to bring them back to her practice in the North Carolina mountains. From a month long intensive in Thailand studying with the school who trains therapists to work with their countries royalty, to working along side 5th generation Ayurvedic Doctors to obtain ancient Ayurveda secrets in Southern India, she is dedicated to integrating these lessons from all journeys into her therapeutic bodywork sessions, wellness articles, and healing escapades all designed to evoke personal transformation for the client.

Currently Theresa has returned from 2 years living in New Mexico where she was Regional Spa Director for Heritage Hotels to take Mantra to the next level.
Leila Von Stein
CranioSacral, Ayurveda, Massage Therapy
Leila grew up roaming the mountains of Western North Carolina. She studied International Affairs in Washington D.C. with the intention of diving into the political realm, but ended up diving into the ocean instead. An avid scuba diver, she spent seven summers sailing and teaching diving worldwide. For the next ten years, the wanderlust took her all over the world, from Russia to Tasmania, with many places in between, and eventually set her on a path of holistic medicine. She studied Ayurveda in both India and New Mexico under Dr. Lad. Currently Leila is living in Highlands NC and working at Mantra. She owns Blue Desert Hale, a wellness center in the east mountains of New Mexico. One of the best Craniosacral sessions you will ever encounter!

Jessee Thomas
Reiki Instructor, CranioSacral and Massage Therapy
Jesse is a North Carolina native who started his career in the healing arts with Reiki. At the age of twenty one he received a miraculous healing experience from a single Reiki session that sparked a desire in him to help others in their own healing, wholistic, spiritual journeys. After that initial Reiki session he was inspired to learn all three degrees in the traditional Usui Shiki Reiki Ryoho system, including years of in-depth training in all three levels of the Reiki Master/Teacher certification, became nationally certified in massage and bodywork therapy at the North Carolina School of Natural Healing, and is currently in an in depth Craniosacral program. Jesse has spent most of his career working in high end Spas, healing centers, and his personal practice, he believes that deep relaxation is the first step to healing, and is what most people really need these days. But that being said his massage is not a typical Spa fluff and buff his work is deep, therapeutic, and methodical incorporating all of the modalities and techniques learned from decades of experience.
Diana Bailey
 Medical and Sports Massage Therapy
Diana L Bailey, is a native of Charleston, South Carolina and has been a licensed massage therapist since October of 2017. She graduating from Daymar College's medical massage therapy program. Diana has worked in several different massage environments including clinical, mobile therapy services and along side 2 chiropractor practices in both Tennessee and South Carolina. She truly loves massage and has a firm consistent pressure for those of you who love deep tissue massage. Her hobbies include a variety of outdoor activities, photography, crafting, baking and decorating cakes, beading, design and carpentry.
