Ayurveda: Sanskrit आयुर्वेद Āyurveda 

Ayurveda translates to science of life

(Ayur = life,Veda = science or knowledge).

 

Ayurvedic medicine is a system of medicine with historical roots in the Indian subcontinent, A 5,000-year-old lineage of natural healing that has its origins in the Vedic culture of India. The roots of this system are the foundation for Tibetan, Chinese and even early Greek medicine. Some hospitals in southern India are booked up to 3 years in advance with mostly Europeans coming to cure their alignments naturally and effectively. Patients are treated individually including: a fresh diet regimen, cleansing, yoga, herbal medications, lifestyle assessments, advanced massage therapies, and much more.
